2. What Eleviq Provides

Eleviq provides free HR guides, templates, calculators, scripts, checklists, and AI-powered tools for informational and educational purposes. All content is written from practical HR experience and is intended to help HR professionals, managers, and job seekers navigate workplace situations.

The Site also provides a Grievance Portal service that allows individuals to submit workplace complaints to HR officers within participating organisations.

3. Not Legal or Professional Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, employment law advice, or professional HR consultancy. All content — including articles, guides, templates, AI-generated responses, and labor law information — is provided for general informational purposes only.

4. Free Tools and Templates

All tools, templates, calculators, checklists, and downloadable resources on the Site are provided free of charge. You may use them for personal and professional purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them as your own work without attribution.

5. AI-Powered Features

Certain features on the Site use artificial intelligence to generate content, including the Quiz Generator, Labor Law Chat, HR Assistant, and Grievance Portal AI tools. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Do not rely solely on AI-generated output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.

AI responses are generated by third-party providers. Eleviq does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Grievance Portal

The Grievance Portal is designed to facilitate the submission of workplace complaints. By submitting a complaint, you confirm that it is made in good faith and is truthful to the best of your knowledge. False, malicious, or vexatious complaints are not permitted and may have consequences under applicable employment law.

Eleviq does not investigate complaints directly and is not responsible for the outcome of any grievance process. We provide the technology platform only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including articles, guides, templates, tool designs, and branding — is the property of Eleviq unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Downloaded templates and resources may be used freely for personal and internal business use. Redistribution or resale of these materials is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleviq and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any content or tools, or any outcomes related to workplace situations you handle using information obtained from the Site.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database), Groq (AI), Tavily (web search), and Resend (email). Your use of features involving these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

10. Newsletter

By subscribing to the Eleviq newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
